Billionaire Chris Burch buys a resort on a private island

He has a knack for purchasing property at a low cost and making necessary renovations and then selling for high cost so there is no surprise that he invested in the revival of a Nihi resort in Sumba beach, which is on an Indonesian island. He renovated the resort and was recognized by Travel+Leisure magazine (businessinsider.com).

By renovating and opening the resort in 2015, it has created a huge amount of jobs for the local residents. The island offers twenty-seven private villas that were created to give guest the natural vibe of the environment. Nightly rates average about $750-$14,000. With that comes a mini bar, organic food, non-alcoholic drinks and there is a personal butler dedicated to each room. The seafood is caught and cooked daily and the service is meant to be extra special at every meal time. Burch feels so good about this investment that he is considering opening a similar resort in North America. There is no doubt of his ability to make that happen because he his the genius investor and will continue to bring creativity and touch many lives.
