I agree that human evolved through natural selection. The best-suited traits were passed into the new generation to survive the harsh environment and to reproduce. Now that human has great intelligence that even we have physical vulnerability/deficiency we managed to survive due to our ability to protect ourself from danger and adopt to our environment with the help of technology and innovation and not by our physical capability. Can I conclude that the trend is more about "survival of the smartest"
In modern western societies pure survival is generally not in question (modern medicine safety legislation few predators etc.) so the genes that are passed on to the next generation depend on sexual selection and how many children different individuals and sections of society have.
In some western countries we actually pay people who are too stupid to work to have children because it's the only way they can access social security benefits. At the other end of the scale a lot of highly intelligent people elect to have no children whereas in the past they had less control over their own fertility.

In Canada it wasn’t even tested on babies under 3 and elderly over 60 at all ! ! !
Also, flu shots don’t work at all, ever, for babies under 2.

the reason that the vaccines can be rushed through is because the base for the flu vaccine is the same for the flu vaccines, all that they are changing is the antigens in the vaccine. the vaccine that they are adding the swine flu antigen to has been extensively tested over the last decades.
