Hurricane Ike Retrospective: Damage and Aftermath

On September 12, 2008, Houston/Galveston and the Texas Gulf Coast were hit with catastrophic force by a Category 2 storm, Hurricane Ike. We created this slide show with the hope that it would inspire viewers to donate to disaster relief efforts in the Texas Gulf Coast area.

October 3rd, 2008 at 11:43 pmI used to live in Seabrook, (Nasa Pkwy) Less than 5 minutes from the Hilton and NASA. Sad to see all of it gone, not really, but I’m sure glad I got my shit out when I did!
