"HURRICANE POLYMAR" IS A TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT OF TATSUNOKO PRODUCTION CO., LTD. ALL OTHER TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS & LICENSES HAVE BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED.
This is the opening sequence to "Hurricane Polymar" (1974), one in a series of '70's "superhero" shows created by Tatsunoko Productions (which include "Space Knight Tekkaman", "Neo-Human Casshern" and most famously "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman", better known to U.S audiences as "Battle of the Planets" & "G-Force") Aside from Gatchaman and Tekkaman, none of the other "superhero" series have been brought over to the U.S to date, at least their original '70's series that is. Hurricane Ike in Galveston Island, TX - STORM SURGE!

Extreme video of the 15 foot storm surge from Hurricane Ike on Galveston Island, TX. Ike made landfall as a strong category 2/weak category 3 hurricane at 2:20 am CDT at Galveston Island. The TornadoVideos.net storm chasers documented the entire hurricane from the sea wall on the east side of Galveston Island. This is part 2 of a 3 part video series.
