and outdoor accessories, has announced the appointment of Michael Polk as
its Interim Chief Executive Officer. This transition comes as Seth Richards and
Todd Vore, the company’s former CEO and President respectively, step down to
pursue other opportunities. 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus Corporation. Previously, he served as
President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. Additionally, Michael Polk has held significant leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, and began his career at
The Procter & Gamble Company. His extensive background in the consumer
products sector positions him well to guide Implus through its next phase of growth.
