Interim Chief Executive Officer. This leadership transition follows the
departure of former CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore, who will be
leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
Michael Polk brings extensive experience to Implus, having previously served as
President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His career also includes
significant roles at Unilever, Kraft, and The Procter & Gamble Company.
Dave Bordeau, Chairman of the Implus Board of Directors, expressed confidence in Polk’s
